At The Liberated Closet, we truly want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Final sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return or exchange, please email us at ky.orourke@hotmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll provide instructions and next steps.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to help with an exchange based on availability. Once we receive and inspect the original item, we’ll process your exchange promptly.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
